This gorgeous skirt set is the collaborative creation of 2 fabulous designers, My Little City Girl and Janea Princess. It is one-of-a-kind in a size 4-6.
The hand knit halter top is made from a soft cotton/bamboo yarn blend. Created from dozens of shell motifs, the halter style has a crocheted edge and soft ruffles along the bottom. A clever detachable collar adds variety for a different look.
The full, twirly skirt is made up of many panels featuring mermaids and polka dots. It is double layered with contrasting ruffles at the hem. A 3-D embroidered mermaid is detachable.
