This beautiful one-of-a-kind dress features a stunning folkart print, set off perfectly with polka dots and checks in red and blue. The halter top is lined with an elastic back for a close fit. It is detailed with a bottom ruffle, rickrack, and flower buttons.
The skirt is double layered. The top layer shows all the prints in bold stripwork. The under layer is white cotton with a full ruffle at the hem. An adorable felt birdie attaches to a ribbon loop and can be removed for cleaning. To complete the ensemble is the sweet headband with triple layers of felt flowers and a button center.
This set is sized to fit sizes 4 to 6.
